The Customer is required to read the terms of use before registering on the online store www.eruption.com and before placing any orders. The Customer is considered to have unconditionally accepted the terms of use by using the services of this website.

The use of this website must be exclusively for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its use by third parties. The visitor/user is obliged, according to the law and these Terms, not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to this website, or affect or endanger the provision of services from www.eruption.com

This website and the services offered through it are intended exclusively for adults. Minors are prohibited from using or visiting it, as well as from making transactions. Eruption assumes no responsibility for any visit or use of this website by minors, as it cannot verify the identity of incoming users/visitors.

Users also agree to:

• Not use www.eruption.com to send, publish or transmit in any way content that is illegal, causes unlawful harm or damages the online store, the business, or any third party.
• Not offend moral and social values.
• Not reproduce content expressing racial or other discrimination.

Product delivery takes place within 2–3 days for Greece and 5–8 working days for international shipments and depends on order completion, product availability, shipping location, and customer details confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended, provided the consumer is informed in advance.

The order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1) The product has been delayed by our supplier. In this case, Eruption will contact the customer to ask whether they wish to receive the order without this product or choose an alternative. The item will be shipped after we receive it.

2) The product has been discontinued or is out of stock and unavailable. In this case, Eruption will contact the customer to provide an alternative solution if desired.

3) In cases of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or force mature that may affect transportation and delivery. In this case, Eruption will contact the customer as soon as possible so they can confirm whether they wish to proceed under these conditions.

4) If telephone and/or email communication with the customer is not possible (e.g. due to incorrect contact details provided in the order). In most cases, we ensure stock availability, and each product page indicates availability status.

All product prices include VAT and there are no additional charges for the products you purchase. Regardless of payment method, shipping and cash-on-delivery handling fees are borne by the customer/buyer. At the end of your order, the shipping cost is calculated and added automatically so you know the total before completing the order. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Product shipping is carried out by cooperating courier companies, to which Eruption provides personal data such as full name, shipping address, and telephone number, in order to complete delivery and order fulfillment.

By using our online store and completing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by us.

Eruption stores your personal data and information solely for the preparation and shipment of your order and only until its completion.
